PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition having sufficient bond strength, with sufficient inclusion of various fillers, rapid drying time after spreading, easily operable for both full coating and pattern spreading and applicable to various bases to realize sufficient bond strength between the base and the adhesive layer. SOLUTION: The adhesive composition comprises dispersed natural rubber fine particles in a radiation curable compound containing a cyclic ether. the adhesive composition can be produced by mixing an aqueous emulsion (31) containing the natural rubber fine particles (30) and the a radiation curable compound having a cyclic ether (32), heating the mixture under stirring to evaporate and remove water in the aqueous emulsion with dispersed natural rubber fine particles to replace water with the radiation curable compound having a cyclic ether in the medium.
