PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet in which the label peeling of an adhesive agent generated when a label is punched and an unnecessary part is peeled is hardly caused in the adhesive sheet in which a base material, the adhesive agent and a release sheet are laminated, and to provide a method for evaluating the generating difficulty of the label peeling of the adhesive agent. SOLUTION: In the adhesive sheet in which the base material, the adhesive agent and the release sheet are laminated, the problem is solved by the adhesive sheet constituted of the adhesive agent in which a stress value at a specified initial stain in a stress-stain curve of the adhesive agent is not less than a specified value and by the method evaluating the generating difficulty of the label peeling of the adhesive agent based on the stress value at the specified initial stain.
