<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer method and a transfer facility for easily polymerizable substance capable of restricting stay of easily polymerizable substance, and generation and attachment of polymerized matter, solid such as precipitate, etc., caused by that, in a facility where feed pumps are respectively disposed on a plurality of passages branched on the inflow side of the easily polymerizable substance, and combined on the outgoing side of the easily polymerizable substance. <P>SOLUTION: In case one feed pump 13 is operated, with the other feed pump 14 stopped, part of the easily polymerizable substance is fed to the feed pump 14 and a second passage 12 in the opposite direction to a flow direction of the easily polymerizable substance when the feed pump 14 is actuated in this transfer method for easily polymerizable substance. A check valve 22 on the downstream side of the feed pump 14 has a hole for easily polymerizable substance to pass in this transfer facility for the easily polymerizable substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
