PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the purchase of useless merchandise, to effectively utilize resources and to allocate a portion for which waste is avoided to saving.

SOLUTION: A family finance support program comprises: a family finance management part 502 for calculating a using rate corresponding to the number of times of using already purchased merchandise; and a purchase processing part 504 for judging the purchase propriety of merchandise in net shopping on the basis of the using rate and executing a processing regarding the purchase only in judging that the purchase is possible.
