<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional energy supply method that a customer using energies such as gas and electricity separately establishes supply contracts for gas and energy and separately receives supply of energies and that the customer receives a high-cost supply of energies because no flexibility is present between the energies. <P>SOLUTION: This energy supply system is provided with an energy supplier- side device 1, an energy receiver-side device 2 provided with a storage device 5 for storing data for a prescribed energy quantity, which converts the prescribed energy quantity to another energy and/or requests the transfer supply, a storage device 4 for storing the conversion rates of a plurality of energies, and an arithmetic means 8 for converting the quantity of a prescribed energy to the quantity of another energy based on the conversion rate in response to a request from the energy receiver-side device 2.
