摘要 <p>A YAG laser induced arc filler wire composite welding method and welding equipment performing highly efficient welding with a wide welding gap margin and appropriate height, shape and depth of reinforcement of weld. Focal point of YAG laser (9) or the vicinity (8) thereof is aimed at for base materials (31, 32) to be welded by means of a filler wire (20) and, under a state where a wire power applying power supply (22) is connected between the wire (20) and the base materials, the base materials are irradiated with the YAG laser to induce an arc in the filler wire by gas and metal vapor plasma, i.e. plume, generated by the YAG laser and welding is performed while confining the plume generated by the YAG laser on the inside and outside of a key hole.</p>
