The invention relates to podophyllotoxin derivatives of general formula (I) wherein R can especially represent groups -CH2NHCOR2, -CH(OH)CH(Phe)(NHCOR3), chains comprising optionally substituted pyrrole, imidazole, pyridine, pyrazine, indole, phenyl, naphthalene, quinoline or thiazole groups, as bases or addition salts for pharmaceutically acceptable acids, in the form of enantiomers or diastereoisomers, in addition to the mixtures thereof, including the racemic mixtures. The invention also relates to a method for producing said derivatives and the use thereof in therapeutics, especially for fighting cancer. |
