In this installation of the type described in the main patent, the heat exchanger for heating the primary air is constituted by the boiler 14 which comprises to this end a supplementary circuit 20. The lantern 6 of the gasifier surrounds a rotary drum 40 which delimits with it a space 8 which is closed by a sealing device 41. Means drive the drum 40 rotationally and the latter comprises in its lower part fixed members constituted by fins and/or an Archimedes screw to agitate and deliver the materials to be incinerated. <IMAGE>
