<p>A till cup for a compartment of a cash till drawer is made by stamping out the blank of Figure 1 from a sheet of polypropylene and folding to the shape of Figure 2. One end wall (12) of the till cup has an extraneous extension (12A) the purpose of which is to give the till cup a weight equal to a larger till cup lacking such extension, so that irrespective of their dimensions all the till cups have the same weight. A machine which will count coins contained in the till cups by weighing them can be preset to discount this uniform weight value.</p> |
