PURPOSE:To obtain temperature change rate of high and low permittivities by setting composition of a dielectric porcelain to a specific range, and baking it at 1200 deg.C or lower in a nonoxidative atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Porcelain contains 100.0 pts.wt. of basic component, 3.0 pts.wt. or less of a first adding component and 0.2-5.0 pts.wt. of a second additive component. The basic component is (1-alpha)(BaK-XMX)OK(Ti1-yRy)O2-y/2 + alphaCaZrO3 (where M is Ca, Sr, or R is one of Sc, Y, Gd, etc., alpha is 0.005-0.04, k is 1.00-1.05, x is 0.005-0.05, y is 0.04 or less). The first component is Cr2O3, Al2O3, and the second component is Li2O, SiO, MO (MO is BaO, SrO, CaO, MgO, ZnO). Thus, even if it is baked at 1200 deg.C in a nonoxidative atmosphere, temperature change rate of high and low permittivities is obtained. |
