PURPOSE: A terminal for supporting personal financial transaction is provided to perform settlement for the financial transaction on online, and automatically generate an account book or a housekeeping book by classifying/accumulating data transmitted from the online. CONSTITUTION: An IC card information updating part(106) records a password of a customer downloaded from a communication part(116) to an IC card and reads customer information recorded in the IC card. A memory(114) stores program data to encrypt/decrypt financial transaction information transmitted/received through the Internet, giro payment sub routine executing program data to perform giro payment, and handy account book sub routine executing program data to write the account book. A controller(110) performs authentication by examining accordance between the password recorded in the IC card and the inputted password, and generates/outputs the financial settlement information for sale, purchase, incidental expenses based on the sub routine executing program data.
