<p>PURPOSE:To regulate the discharging pressure of a rubber molded object wherein a pressure-regulating jig is extruded separately from an extruding hole when a tape is not pressure bonded thereto by fitting slidably the pressure-regulating jig which pressure-bonds the rubber molded object extruded from an extrusion hole to a tape, to an extruding die. CONSTITUTION:A tape-inserting jig 4 and a pressure-regulating jig 5 are oppositely fitted respectively onto the position adjacent to the extruding hole 2 of an extruding die 3. In the tape-inserting jig 4, the tape path 11 which guides the tape 10 introduced from a tape-inserting hole 9 to the adjacency of the extruding hole is formed. In the pressure-regulating jig, oval holes 12-14 are formed, and the guide pin 15 fixed to a prescribed position of the extruding die is engaged with a pair of the oval holes 12, 13 formed oppositely in width direction, and then a bolt 16 is engaged with the oval hole 14. A small clearance is formed between the head 17 of the bolt 16 and the pressure-regulating jig, and the pressure-regulating jig is enabled to be slide along the end surface 18 of the extruding die. When the tape is not pressure-bonded to a rubber molded object, an actuator 19 is moved to sparate the pressure-regulating jig from the extruding hole.</p> |
