PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing ocher panel having acupressure protrusions is provided to seek prevention of adult disease through improvement of blood circulation and promotion of metabolism through far-infrared ray emission by manufacturing the ocher panel using a mixture prepared by mixing ocher with silica in a certain ratio. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing ocher panel having acupressure protrusions comprises a step of sorting ordinary ocher to a particle size corresponding to a sieve size of 80 to 100 meshes, preparing a mixture by evenly mixing 35 to 45 wt.% of sorted ocher with 55 to 65 wt.% of silica, injecting water into the mixture so that 20 to 30 wt.% of water is contained in the mixture, and kneading the mixture; a step of molding an ocher panel on which a plurality of acupressure protrusions having circular peak are projectingly formed by injecting the kneaded mixture into a mold(100) on a lower plate(120) of which a plurality of acupressure protrusions(122) having circular peak are projectingly formed and pressing upper plate(110) to the side of the lower plate(120); and a heat treatment step of naturally drying the molded ocher panel in the shade for 3 to 4 hours, injecting the dried ocher panel into a heat treater whose temperature is ascended in a ratio of 200 deg.C per hour, stopping heating of the heat treater when it reaches a temperature of 1,000 deg.C, and then slowly cooling the heat treater for 3 to 4 hours. |
