PURPOSE: A vision control device of a bogie for automobile body assembly and a controlling method thereof are provided to check a loading state and a fixing state of a automobile body by using a plurality of cameras. CONSTITUTION: A vision control device of a bogie for automobile body assembly includes a plurality of cameras(50) and a controller(100). The cameras(50) are installed on an upper portion of a bogie(10) in order to photograph a loading state of an automobile body and locking states of each clamp(15) for fixing the automobile body. The controller(100) is used for deciding the loading state of the automobile body by analyzing the images of plural cameras(50), operating the bogie according to the loading state of the automobile body, obtaining the image of the corresponding clamp, comparing the image of the corresponding clamp to the reference data, and deciding and controlling the locking state of the clamp.
