PURPOSE: An interior decorative material for a vehicle and method for manufacturing the same is provided to prevent the damage of a skin material, and to inspect the adhesive state of the skin material and a base material. CONSTITUTION: An interior decorative material(11) for a vehicle includes a base material(13) installed at an interior part, a skin material(15) installed at the surface of the base material, and an ultraviolet stiffened adhesive layer(17) installed between the base material and the skin material.
