摘要

PURPOSE: A promoter system of plant translationally controlled tumor protein(TCTP) gene is provided, thereby effectively expressing the useful genes in plants in higher level. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing gene transformed plants comprises the steps of: combining nucleic acid molecules with a cloning vector under control of the TCTP promoter containing the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; inserting the cloning vector into plant cells to transform them; and culturing the transgenic plant cells.
