PURPOSE: A device for opening and shutting a door of a vehicle is provided to easily get on/off the vehicle even in a narrow parking space, to prevent the vehicle from colliding with a vehicle parked nearby, and to prevent a passenger from colliding with a motorcycle and a bicycle or a running person moving from the rear side of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and shutting a door(11) of a vehicle comprises a door-opening and shutting unit(200) opening and shutting the door by rotating the door horizontally at 10¯15 degrees and then vertically rotating the door, and an auxiliary handle(300) operating the door-opening and shutting unit. The door-opening and shutting unit comprises a support part fixed to the body of the vehicle, a rotating part, and a hydraulic cylinder. One end of the rotating part is rotatably connected to the support part in the horizontal direction and the other end is mounted to a side of the door. The hydraulic cylinder vertically rotates the horizontally rotated rotating part.
