PURPOSE: A solar soundproofed wall of a road having an anti-freezing function is provided to prevent a road or a railway from freezing and to light a road sign or a streetlight when a road isn't frozen. CONSTITUTION: The solar soundproofed wall of a road having an anti-freezing function contains a soundproofed wall(100) installed on the outside of a road, a noise reducer installed on the top of the soundproofed wall(100) to prevent the transfer of noise, a solar panel(300) extended from the noise reducer to collect solar heat, a condenser converting the collected energy from the solar panel(300) into electric energy and charging, and a heating wire(500) heated up by the condenser to prevent the road from being frozen.
