PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified vehicle instrument panel which is composed of two components, a decorative member and a skeletal member. SOLUTION: The instrument panel comprises at least a structure 31, which is integrally formed with a hollow, a synthetic resin-made air conditioning duct 19 that an be mounted firmly on a steering member 11 supported on a vehicle body and with boxes 37, 38 arranged at positions of embracement by the air conditioning duct 19 and in which auxiliary components can be held, and a cover covering the structure 31. The air conditioning duct 19 comprises a connecting part 20 connected to an air conditioner 5 set approximately in the center of a vehicle, and left and right ducts 34, 35 extended from the connecting part 20.
