PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish working of a film-surfaced structural body in the outer space concerning a robot moving system. SOLUTION: The film-surfaced structural body 60 of a reflection mirror, a parabolic antenna or the like in the outer space is formed with a frame body 15 surrounding it, a wire fixing part 18 is mounted at one end of the frame body 15 while a moving device 19 movable around is mounted at the other end thereof and two wires 16a and 16b are arranged between both the ends and kept at a fixed interval under a fixed tension to be wound up with a winding reel of the moving device 19. A moving truck 17 is linked to the two wires 16a and 16b and made movable along the wires sandwiching the respective wires with two wheels thereof. With a robot carried thereon, the moving truck 17 is moved along the wires 16a and 16b while the other ends of the wires are moved to enable working of the entire area of a circular film.
