PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a decorative plate comprising a melamine resin is excellent in surface properties such as heat resistance, water resistance and abrasion resistance or the like and is employed widely in various uses, but it is not used in place of a glass plate because it has no transparency, and a transparent thermoplastic resin plate such as an acrylic resin plate or the like has transparency but it is restricted from an aspect of a use because insufficient in surface properties such as abrasion resistance, scratch resistance and heat resistance. SOLUTION: An impregnation sheet impregnated with a thermosetting resin is laminated on a transparent thermoplastic resin plate through and adhesive layer, and the laminate is hot-pressed to mold a decorative material to solve the problem.
