PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a fine processing mold capable of manufacturing the fine processing mold in the atmosphere using a weak laser beam without requiring a large-sized apparatus or a large output laser, and a manufacturing method for a molded object having a fine pattern. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the fine processing mold comprises a process for developing a metal fine particle dispersant, which comprises a metal fine particle dispersion prepared by independently dispersing metal fine particles in a solvent or a protective polymer, a polymer matrix and a solvent, on a substrate to form a metal fine particle dispersed polymer film, a process for manufacturing a master mold having the fine pattern formed thereon by irradiating the metal fine particle dispersed polymer film with a laser beam, and a process for manufacturing the fine processing mold comprising a silicone rubber by forming a thin film of the liquid silicone rubber on the master mold to cure the same and next demolding the cured film.
