PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creamy one-pack curly hair corrective preparation having high curly hair corrective power comparable to two-pack ones despite being of one-pack type and never damaging the hair. SOLUTION: This creamy one-pack curly hair corrective preparation with a pH of 8-10 essentially comprises thioglycolic acid and/or a salt thereof, a nonionic surfactant and a higher alcohol, and optionally contains an anionic surfactant or cationic surfactant.
