<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cushion capable of turning at least body positions of buttocks by adjusting air pressure at regular times. <P>SOLUTION: The air cushion is composed of two air packs, inflated respectively by air and ejected the air at the regular times so as to enable turning the body positions by using changes of shapes of the air packs symmetrically.
