PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a port 4 for filling chemical must be closed by a lid 5 in a chemical tank 1 in which the chemical is filled inside, and water introduced from an inlet pipe 2 is treated with the chemical, and discharged from a discharge pipe 3, and the lid 5 must be turned by a plurality of times and the closing work is complicated because the lid 5 is screwed in the port 4. SOLUTION: The lid 5 is maintained in a closed condition by engaging an engagement projection 41 formed on an inner circumferential surface of the port 4 with an engagement projection 51 formed on the lid 5.
