PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method for a thermosetting powder aqueous dispersion paint. SOLUTION: A thermosetting powder resin composition with a mean particle size of 1-30μm is prepared by using one of an alkyd resin, an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, an epoxy resin, a phenol resin, a melamine resin, a urea resin, a urethane resin, a blocked isocyanate resin, a fluoroplastic, a silicone resin and an amide resin, by mixing these resins or by alloying them and dispersed in an aqueous solvent to manufacture the thermosetting powder aqueous dispersion paint. When this paint is sprayed using air to be applied, a room temperature and the supply temperature of air are held to 20-30°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
