PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively measuring solely a specific protease included in a biological sample. SOLUTION: The method for measuring protease activity includes a process for contacting the sample comprising at least one species of protease substrate, a hard membrane agent and two or more species of protease inhibitors with a membrane formed on the surface of a support.
