PURPOSE:To provide a power-consumption control system for reducing the power consumption for the large power user. CONSTITUTION:A main control unit 1 with the output terminal 6 of a demand meter 5 detecting power to load 22 flowing through a commercial power circuit 3, a microcomputer 9 comparing the output value of the output terminal 6 with a preset set power value, and a modulation circuit 12 modulating the tone signal of a DYMF generator 11 controlled by the output signal of the microcomputer 9 and a transmission circuit 13 transmitting a signal from the modulation circuit 12 is provided. A power-consumption control system consists of the main control unit 1 and a load control unit 2 having a reception circuit 15 and a demodulation circuit 16 demodulating the signal of the reception circuit 15, a DTMF receiver 17, a decoder 19, etc., controlling a switch 18 by a signal from the main control unit 1 and on-off controlling the load 22. A plurality of the load 22 can be on-off controlled from the main control unit 1 side according to preset order or program to the load 22. |
