PURPOSE: Provided is a water-extract of mixture having immunoadjuvant effect and anticancer effect, which has less adverse effect and toxicity than anticancer chemicals, as well as increased stability. CONSTITUTION: A water-extract of mixture is composed of 20-40 wt.5 of sun-flower seed and leaf, 20-30 wt.% of Houttuynia Cordata, 10-20 wt.% of Pueraria thunbergiana, 10-20 wt.% of licorice root, 1-5 wt,.% of mugwort, and 1-5 wt.% of jujube.
