PURPOSE: An ink filling device for a printer cartridge is provided to prevent leaking of oil from the printer cartridge and to stably inject ink into the printer cartridge by fixing the printer cartridge using a fixing device. CONSTITUTION: An upper surface of a cover(12) is connected to a case(14) through a hinge(16). A plurality of jigs(10) is mounted on the cover(12). An eccentric cam connected to a handle is coupled to the jigs(10) so that the eccentric cam, which is rotated by the handle, applies biasing force to a cartridge. An ink filling nozzle and a vacuum nozzle are installed at a lower side of the jigs(10). A pipe hose is connected to the ink filling nozzle and the vacuum nozzle. An ink injection device is provided in the case(14) so as to feed ink into the cartridge. A valve having an ink feeding port and an ink discharging port is installed in the ink injection device.
