PURPOSE:To always display a picture in the best condition by changing the kind of displays to an LED display or an LD display in accordance with the contents of display. CONSTITUTION:A switching device 2 for inputting a digital RGB signal inputted from the outside to an LED display 1a or an LCD display 1b, the digital RGB signal is fetched by a sampling means 3 with a fixed frame interval, the digital RGB signal with a frame unit is stored for a while and prescribed frame data are prepared by means of the stored digital RGB signal. The predetermined specified information included in the prepared frame data is extracted and the switching device 2 is changed to a display side suitable for display when the number of extracted pieces of the specified information exceed a prescribed number.
