PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the presence or absence of the incoming of a telephone existing remotely even when a receiver does not actively operate. SOLUTION: When the incoming of the telephone is received, first a telephone number acquring means 14 acquires an originator's telephone number of a thirdparty telephone, and a counting means 16 counts an incoming time. A mail forming means 19 forms a mail describing information such as the originator's telephone number and the thirdparty's name specified from the telephone number and the incoming time, based on these information. A mail transmitting means transmits the mail formed by the mail forming means to a predetermined mail address stored in a memory (information storage means) 13, and informs the incoming of the telephone to the telephone or the communication terminal having the predetermined mail address. If the thirdparty of the taking retains a message, a voice processing means 20 processes the message to the voice data, and can transmit the processed voice data together with the mail.
