PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery method for unexpected and interesting contents.

SOLUTION: A request contents specifying information obtaining part 1 obtains request contents specifying information on contents data requested to be delivered by a user. An attendant contents specifying information obtaining part 6 obtains an attendant contents data specifying information of the corresponding attendant contents data according to the attribute of the obtained request contents, the attribute of a delivery date and time and the attribute of a user. A delivery data creating part 2 adds the obtained attendant contents data to the contents data specified by the request contents specifying information to create delivery data.
