PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which performs data communication with high secrecy. SOLUTION: The radio communication system is provided, in addition to a concealment processing means that performs concealment processing to the communication data, with: a secret key transmitting means that transmits a secret key when the transmitting side transmits a transmission request signal 401; and a response signal transmitting means that transmits a response signal of acceptance of the secret key when the receiving side transmits a transmission permission signal 402.
