<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and efficiently carry out an instruction for actual repair in a work center installed in a foreign country with a different native tongue in response to a repair request accepted by a customer center. <P>SOLUTION: If a phenomenon description representing a phenomenon of an accepted broken product is registered in a phenomenon information database 13, a repair request preparing process part 12 generates repair request information including a corresponding repair request code and the phenomenon description that is a translation of the phenomenon. If the phenomenon is not registered, Japanese and a translation of the phenomenon are inputted, a repair request code is assigned, and they are registered in the phenomenon information database 13. If the repair request code included in the accepted repair request information is registered in the phenomenon information database 33, a repair instruction preparing process part 32 fetches a phenomenon description by a corresponding native tongue and it prepares a repair instruction. If it is not registered in the phenomenon information database 33, a translation of the phenomenon description(English) is inputted, and the repair request number and the phenomenon description by English and a native tongue are registered in the phenomenon information database 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
