PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-sensing atmospheric environment monitoring system device which can be functionally arranged at multiple points at a high density, along roads, near intersections and the like, and to provide a monitoring method. SOLUTION: In order to solve the above problem, the multi-sensing atmospheric environment monitoring system device of the present invention comprises one or more independent type portable multi-sensing terminal unit(s) 1 for measuring multiple items of the atmospheric pollution state, and a control/display calculator 2 which remote-controls the multi-sensing terminal unit(s) 1 via a wireless or wired network 3 to measure the multiple items of the atmospheric pollution state, and then collects and displays the measured data.
