PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the insufficient cooling or heating of commodities to uniform the temperatures of the commodities. SOLUTION: This vending machine comprises first, second, third and fourth commodity housing columns from the left of doors juxtaposed at intervals within a commodity storage; a cooling mean arranged on the lower part of each of the first, third and fourth commodity housing columns; a heating mean arranged on the lower part of each of the second, third and fourth commodity housing columns; a circulating fan arranged on the lower part of each of the first, second, third and fourth commodity housing columns; a control part for outputting an operation or stop signal to the cooling means, heating means and circulating fans; a first heat insulating partitioning plate fixed to the clearance between the second commodity housing column and the third commodity housing column to partition the inside of the commodity storage; and a second heat insulating partitioning plate detachably provided on either the clearance between the first commodity housing column and the second commodity housing column or the clearance between the third commodity housing column and the fourth commodity housing column.
