PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program producing method by which comment lines are displayed so as to make program contents easily understandable. SOLUTION: The program producing method is characterized in that when reading program information of cutting recorded in a recorder, a comment line described in a top of a cut of cutting is read (103), and the read comment line and the program information of the cutting in succession to the comment line are displayed on a screen (113, 106).
