PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator by which an oscillation frequency fluctuates a little despite of fluctuation in power source voltage. SOLUTION: A voltage Vc obtained by amplifying a constant voltage Va output by a band gap constant voltage circuit 4 is used as a reference voltage of a constant current circuit 1 and a drive voltage of delay circuits D1 to DN. As a result, even when a power source voltage supplied to the oscillator fluctuates, the fluctuation in oscillation frequency can be suppressed small. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
