PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that deterioration in characteristics occurs easily due to the influence of heat generated in an absorption resistor on a distribution constant line or an expensive absorption resistor must be used in a Wilkinson high-frequency power distributor-combiner, because a grounding type absorption resistor for absorbing excess power being not consumed by a load is used for an output terminal load mismatching and this resistor is arranged closely to the distribution constant line forming the high-frequency power distributor-combiner so that the resistor does not have high-frequency impedance. SOLUTION: A grounding type absorption resistor 6a is arranged with physical (thermal) distance (1 cm-100 m) from a distribution constant line section 7 for power distributor-combiner via a transmission line 8a. With this constitution, the resistor 6a can be directly mounted on a case 30, etc., of an antenna apparatus which is excellent in thermal radiation performance.
