PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount structure for electronic device that prevents both tips of a channel shaped bracket from being projected to a front face of an electronic device main body in the case of fitting the bracket supporting the electronic device main body and can minimize a distance between the electronic device main body and the mount face such as a wall. SOLUTION: The mount structure is configured such that the channel shaped bracket 16 includes: sheath-shaped insertion holes 19 formed on both sides 18 of the bracket 16; and a sub bracket 20 inserted into both the insertion holes 19 in a slidable and lock enabled way thereby adjusting the length of both sides 18 of the bracket 16 for supporting a speaker system.
