PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high security by preventing encryption key information from being leaked outside of a conference room in a conference system using a radio LAN. SOLUTION: This radio system is provided with encryption key determination means 102a to 102e, 103 that determine a new encryption key as the encryption key used in the radio LAN, an in-room communication means 106 which can perform communication only in the conference room and encryption key changing means 102a to 102e, 103 that change the encryption key of the radio LAN to another encryption key by communicating it by using the in-room communication means 106.
