PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide molding equipment for the ends of the rotor coils of a rotary-electric machine wherein insulating of jigs in drying under pressure can be completely disused and movement of jigs by a hydraulic jack during electrical testing under pressure can be also eliminated for the enhancement of working efficiency. SOLUTION: A pressurizing bag 4 is placed in the radial gap between the inner circumferential surface of an end of a rotor coil 1 and a shaft 2. Pressure is applied to the end of the rotor coil 1 from the inner circumference side. A fixing tool 3 whose inside diameter is equal to the set value of outside diameter of the end of the rotor coil 1 is placed on the outer circumferential surface of the end of the rotor coil 1. In addition, a fluid supplying apparatus 5 for supplying fluid for pressurizing to the pressurizing bag 4 is installed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
