<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic toll collection system capable of avoiding the collision of a passing vehicle to an operation part as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: Information for receiving the toll of a vehicle 12 is acquired from an on-vehicle device 16 mounted on the vehicle 12 through a radio device 17, and a control part 14 collects the tool on the basis of the information acquired by the radio device 17.
