PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high-frequency non-reciprocal circuit element which has high isolation characteristics and is excellent in uniformity of the characteristics, with high mass productivity. SOLUTION: A hole is made on a dielectric substrate 4, and a magnetic component 5 made of a hard ferrite is fitted into the hole to form a composite substrate. A surface conductor 3 consisting of a circular conductor section 3a, a signal line 3b and stub 3c is formed on the surface of this substrate, and a grounding conductor 2 is formed on the rear surface of the substrate. The stub 3c has a varying width with the narrow root, and is electromagnetically connected to the section 3a with a coupling coefficient of 0.001 or more. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
