PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery in which occurrence of connection failure can be evaded, and a manufacturing efficiency can be improved. SOLUTION: In the battery 1, returning parts 14, 24 are installed at connecting pieces 13, 23 of reeds 11, 21. These returning parts 14, 24, are formed so as to face a base body part 12 each other so that at the terminal of the connection part 13, that is, at the terminal of the connection part 13, a brim part 18 opposed to a coupling part 19 to the base body part 12 is slightly extended backward, and formed to be faced to the base body part 12 by being bent at right angles downward. Therefore, that both reeds 11, 21 are used while they are respectively remained to be piled in two sheets can be prevented. Furthermore, positioning of the both connection pieces 13, 23 against a nickel block 32 in a protection circuit board 30 can be carried out simply and accurately.
