<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate energy consumption estimating method and an accurate energy consumption estimating device with simple algorithm and small database. <P>SOLUTION: This energy consumption estimating method and the device for the same is provided with an input unit 15 for inputting the personal information containing the description of sex, generation and occupation category of a consumer and the equipment information containing at least sort and the number of equipment used by the consumer and consuming energy, and a database 16 of equipment operation schedule and equipment energy consumption. The personal information containing the description of sex, generation and occupation category of the consumer living in a building and the equipment information containing at least sort and the number of equipment used by the consumer and consuming energy are input, and energy consumption is estimated by computing energy consumption per each preset equipment on the basis of the operation schedule of each equipment in unit time previously formed per each personal information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
