PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method, by which a coil sealed dust core having little fluctuation of the inductance value can be efficiently manufactured, and so forth. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a process (a) for filling a soft magnetic metal powder composing a green compact 10 including an insulating agent so as to cover a coil 1, and a process (b) for making the soft magnetic metal powder to be compacted in the axial direction of the coil 1, and in the process (b), while keeping a state where the amount of the soft magnetic metal powder filled in the portion corresponding to a winding part with the upper or lower surface of the winding part as a reference is less than the amount of the soft magnetic metal powder filled in the other portion which does not correspond to the winding part, the soft magnetic metal powder is made to be compacted. Hereby, the coil sealed dust core having overall uniform density can be obtained. Since the coil sealed dust core, having overall uniform density, reduces fluctuation of the inductance, a prescribed inductance can be obtained in a stable manner. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
