PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker with high reliability which is hardly damaged even in the case where a liquid intrudes through a suction port and in which the cooling efficiency by ventilation is high. SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker has an outer case having a suction port and a discharge port; a heating coil; a circuit base plate provided with an electric circuit for driving the heating coil; a cooling fan; a circuit support base for supporting the circuit board; a first space formed between a back surface of the circuit support base and a bottom surface of the outline case, having an opening at a side where the cooling fan is positioned and closing other parts; and a second space formed between a lower side of the cooling fan and the bottom surface of the outline case, communicated with the suction port through a ventilation passage and communicated with the first space through the opening.
