PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing clip for bundling and fixing a harness, that is securely fixed on a member to be fixed, with a simple structure, even when plate thickness of the member to be fixed changes. SOLUTION: This fixing clip comprises a body part 9 having a hollow part 15 having an opening at one end, a band part 21 fixed to the other end of the body part 9, for holding the harness by changing size of a ring, four flexible parts 19 formed on the body part 9, having a female screw groove 19d formed so as to be screwed by a bolt 33 inserted from the opening of the body part 9, and an energizing part 29 formed on one end of the body part 9 and abutted against a plate material 31.
